No. Each plan is a one-off payment. There's no subscription to cancel. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the free plan unless you choose to renew.

Annual plans are a single upfront payment and are non-refundable. They do not auto-renew. You'll manually renew after 12 months.
